Michelle Webb, DNP, RN, CHPCA, FPCN is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke University School of Nursing and a Nursing Practice Consultant with Teleios Collaborative Network, with over three decades of nursing leadership experience, including 20 years of clinical and executive leadership in hospice and palliative care. She is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator, a Certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator and Unconscious Bias Coach.

She has held multiple leadership roles within the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association and Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation including President and Secretary-Treasurer and has contributed to advancing expert hospice and palliative care through teaching, leading, mentoring and health policy advocacy. In 2025, Dr. Webb achieved recognition as a Fellow in Palliative Care Nursing. Her scholarly work includes numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters focused on leadership, health equity, and palliative nursing.  As an educator, consultant, and mentor, Dr. Webb has a passion for shaping the future of serious illness care through leadership, teaching, scholarship, and service.
